| - I despise this company after using their service once, because they made things worse for me and now they will never leave me alone. I made it clear to them on multiple occasions that due to such poor service, I will never use them again. The reason I have to keep telling them?... because they keep calling and mailing ads to me. They've said every time that I'm removed from their contact lists, but they obviously are liars.
Now, about their service. It was years ago (and still they won't give up with contacting me). I was doing a master bathroom renovation and I needed 4 supplies installed for the sinks. I already had 4 shark bite supplies installed, but wasn't comfortable keeping them. Two of their plumbers came over and the first thing they did was pull a supply off the wall. I had to shut off the water because of this. Once the water was off and they cleaned up a little, they gave me the sales pitch. $999 to solder on 4 supplies. They wouldn't take no for an answer. They made it clear that they're "not handymen" and won't give me a handyman price. They also wouldn't do the job without selling me a whole house warranty for my pipes. I didn't need that because I already had a warranty. But they wouldn't take no for an answer. They pushed hard to make the sale to the point where I actually had to say there wasn't a chance in hell they would get the job, or that I would ever use them again. They charged me $59 to come out to the house and left me with no water, because they refused to reinstall the supply that they pulled off. A few days after they left I realized that the resulting water damage required me to have to replace the floor of a brand new vanity.
In a nutshell. I once had water, they came over and charged me $59 to ruin a vanity and leave me with no water. Now, years later, they won't stop harassing me. I regret that I considered using them in the first place. But I regret even more the fact that I didn't file a lawsuit against them. If it wasn't for a $301 filing fee, I would have. They are by far the worst plumbing company in Las Vegas. They do not care about reasonable prices or prospective customers. They intentionally price gouge in order to finance their advertisements.
Please don't fall into the trap that I did. Use ANY other licensed plumber or air conditioner repair company, and stay away from this unprofessional company.
