  • Horrible customer service. I saw close to 15 employees standing around in multiple groups chit chatting while one lady worked the register with half a dozen people in line. In the shoe department the guy dropped the shoe box next to me then walked off. Didn't wait for me to try on, didn't ask if I needed another shoe. It was pretty bad. If I didn't need the clothing I bought for work I would have just walked out super upsetting when you're spending 100s of dollars somewhere and nobody is willing to help.
