  • Horrible customer service. I paid $715 for a flight and they ended up delaying it bc of their own mechanical issues so I missed my connecting flight and couldn't make it home for 24 hours and they tell me that's the risk I take ??? Are you kidding me? They give me $100 towards another ticket. Delta should probably value their customers that are willing to pay $715 for a flight. Ridiculous and sad. I will be sure to post on every site I can about my experience.
