  • The apartment complex is nice, but they do need to do better with the apartment upkeep. For instance, we did not realize this until living in the apartment for sometime, but the shutters are old, nasty looking, and yellow on one side like someone may have smoked in the apartment. The washer and dryers are nasty and warn out. I wish I could update all the appliances myself... Ants are a problem and mice running around the property. Other than that I have been pleased with the level of effort of staff and maintenance lately especially the valet trash pickup service.
