  • Clean and cordial, for the most part. Had a problem with the sink backing up that kept us awake for hours. The next day they said it was fixed but we found out later that it wasn't and we had to change rooms in the middle of the night. When I got my bill they had made no effort to try to compensate us for our troubles. I guess they don't care.
