This gym location is really nice and the staff is ok. They are young and fun so take it for what it is-- a fun gym. They definitely got hot guys & girls so the eye candy is nice.
The good:
Besides that, eos has a great selection of classes & location. I like the crowd that goes there & the gyms all look pretty new.
My complaint for this location:
I do not like Sara, the personal training manager. The first time I met her she was rude & made me feel awkward. I avoid her every time I'm with my trainer. She is also unprofessional... in the last 2 weeks I've been trying to cancel my training package. I understand there's only so much the reception staff can do & they've been polite/help to the best of their ability. She hasn't emailed or called me. I had to talk to Brandon (sales rep) & he told me I had to come in. That would've been great if Sara emailed me that like 2 weeks ago... AVOID SARA WHEN YOU CAN. I think the thing I dislike about her most is her attitude. I wanted to see what other trainers were available to schedule and she forced me with my trainer. He was aite but now that I think about that experience, I didn't have to go through that and should be free to choose who I want for whatever reason (schedule, personal preference etc). I wanted a female trainer originally but she forced me to train with whoever she felt like it. I really do not like Sara as you can tell...
My trainer experience was overall good. He gave a good workout. His professionalism needs a little more work but he is 21/22 so that comes with time. We had a few issues with scheduling because he is having car troubles but overall decent trainer getting by at work. Not giving his name in my review because I like him as a person, just so others have an idea of the personal training program. Basically, most are college kids and they give a cool workout but don't expect them to be the top of the line Olympic trainers lol-- they'll help you reach your goals at a normal pace if you work together with them
