  • I ordered an arrangement called "Passionate Purple Tulips" for a friend graduating Vet school. The photo depicted about ten long-stem tulips. What was sent was about 8 short tulips; half were yellow. Their policy mentions that they may substitute some flowers due to availability, but they didn't say they'd short the number, or send something virtually unrecognizable. Why on earth would you advertise something with the word "purple" in the title if you don't have enough flowers of that color? If I wanted a short stack bouquet I would've gone outside and picked them myself to save $40. Seems it's easy to hide behind this policy to short customers.
