  • I made reservations online for a check-in date on 03/12/15 and my stay was for 1 night. The pictures on their website looked like a good hotel but once I arrived, the pictures were nothing to the actual hotel. I had first called because I could not find the location and they young lady that answered was very rude and she was getting bothered because I was asking for directions. They were nice enough to allow an early check in but I originally had requested a room wih 2 queen beds because there was 3 people in my party. They gave me a room with a king bed and sofa pull out, which was ok, since it had the pull out. So, I went to my event during the day came back in the evening. I kept calling front desk because I needed extra pillows, blankets and towels, took them almost an hour to bring me items. The toilet then got clogged. So, as we were preparing for bed, we pull out the bed to see if we needed sheets, the bed was broken. I called the front desk and told them they better have a roll away bed and they said they did not, so I told them I would be expecting a refund and he told me they could not do that and that I would have to check out. I thought it over and knew they would not reimburse me if I spent the night. I called front desk and told them I would check out. I had to drive back home to California that night because their carelessness. I had elderly people with me. There were no other hotels in the area. This hotel is a sham and is horrible, they're pictures of the hotel are a false advertisement. So run down and cheap! They refunded me my amount charged but the point they had me check out in order for me to get my refund. I will never stay at a chain of this hotel in any area!!!
