If I could give 0 stars I would. This is the worst school in the universe. I have been progressing through my classes for the past 2 years online and finally at the end of my bachelor degree. There have been surprises like no other that have come up and pushed back my graduation because there is no explanation to the students about policies or procedures. The only contact you have is with an academic advisor who is also non knowledgeable of the policies as well. Either that or they choose not to tell you information. I recently put in an appeal to take over 45 credits in a calendar year, even though my schedule has been built for the past 6 months and now they choose to tell me that I cannot continually take 2 classes at a time. My appeal came back declined because it is against the policies of the university to take over 45 credits in an academic year. Why would the school make a schedule for me and already know that it is not really what it will be, and why would they not tell me this? Their answer to me is that I should have read the policies on the student website, like students have time to go read through a 500 page policy book. Also why would you send me an invitation to walk at graduation if I cannot even graduate on the time I was scheduled if you knew that I couldn't? Also I should have received some sort of letter from the school in regards to my appeal, if they make me send in a scanned written letter to them, I shouldn't have my academic advisor just call me and say it was declined without explanation. I have been to a normal university and have taken over 45 credits in a year, why would this school not allow students to excel? Also, they have yet to figure out how to have Mac. computers work with their school. Haven't they been the oldest online school, how have they not figured this out by now? It is 2015.
