  • I came to get a pedicure, I asked how long the wait would be and they said 5-10 minutes. I waited 20min. They sat me in a chair and I waited a bit longer, then she was about to start until someone came in that needed to get their nail fixed, she was going to leave and I told her I was actually in a hurry and had to leave in 20-25min. She told me it would only be 5min and left to help the other girl for another 15min. Usually I don't mind having to wait and understand nail places take longer than they estimate but it was really frustrating after I told them nicely that I was in a hurry. The girl helping me was nice and only following orders from another employee. While she started my pedicure she took breaks to say hi to people and talk. Needless to say I didn't get a full pedicure that really took care of cuticles or any rough skin. Another reason why I scored so low is because the outlet didn't seem very clean, the air conditioning seemed to be out, and they allowed (or maybe were hesitant to say no) people from outside to try to sell perfume. It didn't feel like the best atmosphere. I will not be returning.
