  • After reading these reviews, I was terrified to take this bus. But I live SO CLOSE to Woodfield that going downtown to take the Amtrak seemed a bit ridiculous, so I took a chance and went for it.. and I'm glad that I did. Even though the wording on the ticket made me even more apprehensive, "say your goodbyes at least 100 feet from the bus!... If you have to ask if your luggage is too big, it is!"....As soon as I got on it was smooth sailing. Decent legroom, free wifi (!), and we arrived ten minutes ahead of schedule even while traveling during rush hour. So... if you're like me and are really stressed over these other reviews... hopefully this offers a little bit of piece of mind. No complaints here.
