  • This place is an absolute JOKE. Lonnng story short, my ALTERNATOR needed replaced and they told me it was the starter. So I ended up paying for a new starter and a new alternator. 800 dollars later.. Any mechanic would know to check the alternator when a car isn't starting (which they said they did I highly doubt that) I questioned them about this and they claimed they did check the alternator and that "these things can happen over night" YEAH RIGHT that's why the car didn't start in the first place. I'll never come here again. I always go to foreign and domestic auto on 150th but decided to try these guys out since they're the only mechanics open on a Saturday. Big mistake. And after all of that all they offered me was a free oil change..... Thanks.... Also I called a few other mechanics in the area just to get their input on the situation the second I told them it was Knapp's they laughed and ALL of them said "Knapps makes my shop look good on a daily basis" So if the mechanics in the neighborhood know how bad they are that's a sign to not go here.
