  • I am absolutely livid. I went in for a body wave and came out with a tight perm. I thought well, maybe it will loosen up. Nope. I even said something when the rollers seemed too small for a wave. She assured me it would be beautiful. And, well, since she is the professional, I let it continue. And on top of that, my hair is trashed. It is so damaged, it's mushy. This was absolutely the worst experience ever. I left puzzled because it was so tight and my hair felt so weird. But she assured me it was perfect and that it would loosen up. Nope. Update: my hair was completely ruined and I was advised to SHAVE MY HEAD!! I just can't believe it. So here I am with not even an inch length of hair on my head! Avoid this place at all costs!!!!!!!
