  • I'm beyond upset... First of all this new rewards program is a joke I placed an order which clearly said I got 50 dollars on Kohl's cash then I'm looking at it and I was charged 10 for a surcharge and 11.97 for tax but my Kohl's charge was charged 31.97. I called customer service and was told not only did he not care about the ten difference he tolde I only had 40 in Kohl's cash and must have been a glich when I ordered sorry. He gave me a reference number to call in my next order to get my 40 Kohl's cash. I asked for a supervisor and was transferred to a generic voice mail.
