Worse than going to a car dealership. I took my wife in there only for a consultation and they did that but instead of really focusing on what needed to be done they were only concerned with getting us to sign up for surgery. They kept on telling us about their payment plans and other financing options. They said she had an infection but did they offer to write a prescription for an antibiotic? Of course not. Odd since a dentist IS a doctor. Even after we said we were just there for a consultation the dentist want and got her "manager" who came in and asked us if we were told about the different financing options. We felt very pressured to commit to using them and left. As we left we said bye and the manager just said "see ya". Basically after we refused to sign up then and there we became of no use to them.
