  • Can't say I'm happy with this place. Being able to mix my own e-juice, I only go here when I'm out and I need some flavors or need other supplies. They sold me some bad e-juice and tried to blame it on my "taste buds". I literally had to reach over the counter to grab a bottle of what I usually get and compared it in front of them and all the customers. What they sold me was noticeably way darker and they immediately changed their tune from blaming my tongue to giving me my money back and saying they aren't sure what happened to that batch (creamy nut) or the other batch they had me try after that (big boy or something like that). Both were flat, over-oxidized, or had little to no nicotine to begin with. This sort of dishonesty doesn't deserve a second chance nor new customers. Shame on you Red Star!! And for the rest of you...start making your own ejuices!!! It's not as hard as it seems.
