I saw this bridal store at one of the local bridal shows. They were busy consulting other people so I took a card. I was contacted first by them about a trunk show so I set an appointment. Upon arriving I tried checking in but the consultant didn't even verify my appointment. I was shown the dresses and the size racks and told to pull what I wanted to look at and put it at the end of the rack.
I was not expecting to have to dig, find, and pull dresses. Since this was one of my first visits to a bridal salon I was expecting more or at least help. I didn't feel as though they valued me at all as a customer. I did see another customer getting help from another sales person. I saw other good reviews for this store but my recommendation would be stay away unless you are willing to do all of the work. I visited other stores after Kaira's and have worked with some wonderful consultants.
On the plus side, the prices seemed very reasonable but for a $1000 dress I would expect more.
