  • Just like some of the other reviewers, initial meeting was on time, professional and a decent price for the job. We had everything schedule 2 weeks out, provided them with all the paint samples and product numbers for easy pick-up. The morning they were supposed to show up, they were a no-call no show. We had to track them down to find out what was going on, and this didn't happen until after 1pm as the two owners had no clue what their crew/foreman was doing that day. They were under the impression he was at the job. They didn't show up until the following morning forcing us to miss another day's work as they were not only painting the exterior but a large wall inside our home. Did this end up getting done? NO...They did not have the paint and said they'd have to come back another day to finish the interior and spots on the outside that needed to be painted. We scheduled for them to come back on Friday AGAIN missing work to allow access to which they AGAIN no called no showed. It was raining that day so we understand them not completing the outside, but knowing we were taking off work to allow them access to the interior they should've A) Still come by and completed the interior wall or B) At least had the decency to call or text saying they weren't coming. After multiple calls to the 2 owners expressing our complete and total dissatisfaction they offered a $200 discount and promised their crew would be there on Saturday to complete the entire rest of the work. They did show up as promised, but since then, they've had to comeback once for missed areas and we're currently pending them to return as they missed an entire street facing section. We were told "we don't know when we can come back as we're really busy." The icing on the cake, the paint on the doors and other trim areas is already chipping off as apparently they only use one coat of paint... The Price Is Great, But It's Because Your Paying For What You Get....RUN FROM THIS COMPANY!
