  • Fast forward to today (Nov 30).... No heat for over two weeks now. Our fridge and heat went out the Monday before Thanksgiving Day which ruined our Thanksgiving... and the fridge was just fixed yesterday and the heat is still not working. The receptionist, Melissa hung up the phone in my face yesterday when I called to speak with the owner about the matter. She overtalked me and when I said I wished I would have never used your company she replied "I wished you guys would not have rented from us either!" and hung up in my face! The owner, Darcy, is rude (Im not surprised, it starts at the top) and will not take our phone calls. She will only text, which has caused a lot of misunderstandings. No one from this office picked up the phone to call us and resolve the issues... and when we called we were treated like crap. Whatever you do.... STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!
