rev:text	I contacted this company a few weeks ago and arranged for them to move my condo from DT Phx to Scottsdale. On the phone we went room by room discussing the furniture and stuff I told them I had a washer and dryer, a wine cooler and a floor safe. They said they charge for safes but asked its size, I was then told they would move it at no charge. It was recommended that I hire 3 movers instead of the the typical 2 because of the elevators I agreed as the logic seemed sound for expediting the move. Moving morning came and the truck was on time. The paper work guy pulls out the work order and proceeds to tell me all the items on the sheet that I MAY be charged for and that all charges are to be paid by CASH or CERTIFIED CHECK, I told him that there was no mention of that when I scheduled the truck and then it was well you can pay by CC but it will cost you 3% more. Loading of truck went well but very slow. it took them over an hour to make a 20 min drive. Upon arriving the paper work guy informs me that the charge is estimated at $1362.00 which included 4 rolls of tape and 2 rolls of shrinkwrap as well as a $35 each charge for the washer and dryer. I said there was no mention of additional fee fee for the W&D is response was you are lucky I didn't charge you more because they are new a front load LG W&D and that he WASN'T charging me overtime..... WTF was my response I agreed to a flat $90 and hour for 3 movers and a truck NO OT!!!!! I told them make it fast or leave it in the driveway. Upon inspection they dented and chipped paint on a new dresser, chipped wood of an entertainment center and chipped the top of an antique credenza all of which was pointed out and documented with the paperwork guy he said they would prolly work something out as opposed to doing a claim and to call the company. While unpacking we came upon the box of dishes clearly marked fragile when we opened it everything inside was broken.... EVERYTHING. We also found that a low vanity was missing. When I called the company to speak to the claim dept. I was treated poorly, because I was cheap and I didn't buy their insurance so I wasn't entitled to any compensation and that it would be a favor if the paid a portion of the repairs on the furniture. That they knew nothing of the vanity and the dishes we are S.O.L because they did not pack or unpack them. Mind you this box was not just mishandled it was dropped big time to smash all the dishes. I could go on and on...... Bottom line is they are deceiving and shady they do not care about referrals or return business. They know that once they are there you won't or can't easily change your moving plans so they have you. DON"T USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!
