  • Good cake only goes so far. These people have let their success go to their heads and are rude and condescending. No less than 48 hours notice to even have a flower put on a cake - though they'll write a name on it?!?! Puhleeeeease. When I expressed my unhappiness to the owner at the time of ordering and told him I thought their customer service needed to be amped up, his response "Wow." Have given them a lot of business over the years.....color me DONE! Taking my business elsewhere.
