  • My wife took both daughters here to get their hair cut. Chrissy was selected to do the cut. A day after the cut my daughters friends were asking her is she got her hair cut at Great Clips! The back was very uneven! Looks horrible and my daughter is embarrassed to wear her hair down. We tried to call and let the Salon know about the horrible job. There was a few weeks before we made contact with the manager. She asked for pictures of the bad hair cut. After we sent she agreed to fixed my daughters hair. The availability was not good and we weren't able to work with their schedule. My wife loved this place based on the products they use. To bad the service doesn't come with the quality you'd expect.
