I loved this complex when I first moved in. Management was great, they were responsive, they called you back when they said they would.
Once new management came in about halfway through my residency here, everything went to crap.
New management customer service was AWFUL. None of them ever seem to know the answer to anything, and instead of having the person who does know the answer call you back (as per good customer service), instead they will advise you to "keep calling back until the person you need to talk to is in" - but won't tell you when that person is supposed to be in. Oooookay....
They will also completely screw you out of your deposit.
I could keep going with other problems but read below and you'll see plenty of them.
