  • Awful! They claim to be experts in hair extensions but don't be fooled! Alexis has damaged my hair and is extremely unprofessional and inexperienced. Each time I had the extensions put in they hurt and had to be readjusted. After spending hundreds of dollars Alexis would say that she was to busy to squeeze me in for 10 minutes to fix them. Once she colored my hair and did a Brazilian treatment which damaged the growth of my hair and made the extensions unusable . After her making me feel like I used the wrong shampoo etc... She finally admitted to me that she was not properly trained. In addition, the manager Christina is not knowledgeable and does not practice making the client happy. The owner lives in Las Vegas and would not return my calls. They are way over priced and Alexis would change the price each time I went! BEWARE-This salon is not trained to the level they lead you to believe they are.
