Stayed here one summer Saturday night. The room had been recently remodeled. It had some very modern features that included adjustable mood lighting, sleep inducing sound, and air filtering. With a Marriott app, doors could be unblocked with a smartphone. The floor was faux wood. There was a very well equipped fitness area. The hotel is located in the heart of the downtown. The drawbacks were that reconstruction was underway. The lobby was closed, and a makeshift lobby was operating on the 3rd floor. The parking area was affected by the construction, and guests were forced to use valet parking. I had reserved the room well in advance and don't recall being advised of the construction situation until I received an email reminder for the reservation the day prior to arrival. Considering the situation I think 4 stars is generous.
