  • We met the company July 2016 at a home show. They were nice and worked quickly to get a design and promised us so many things.....then we signed the contract and our sales person/Designer was gone. We were put in touch with another landscape designer that was with the company. He was not as connected with the project or the things we were promised. We went with the pool designer they recommended and stated they would work with this company every step of the way. Including ensuring the same gas guy did the project and we would only have to pay for one permit. This never happened. We spent over $2k for gas lines and permits where if they had communicated we would have spent $1k. Had I not been here the day the outlines everything the project would have been a disaster. The person reading the plans was measuring in a smaller scale than the plans stated. Making everything miniaturized. Additionally, there are dark spots that do not have enough lighting. They didn't communicate with the pool company for the placement of the equipment and it messed up our design. We had to flip the entertainment area. Also the fire pit doesn't seem to work as promised. The element is almost even with the top of the pit there for there is no protection for the flame so the wind blows it flat. Our finished product is beautiful but we do have some flaws and the follow up customer service has been 2 Star. They did replace a few plants that died but didn't replace them with flowering plants instead the did more succulents. There for taking away the few splashes of color we had. I often wonder if we had hired another company we would have had the same finished product costing us much less. Our hard scape (travertine) was the best part of the job. They do very nice travertine work.
