We bought a sectional and a bed frame. When the sectional was delivered my wife noticed a scratch on one of the pieces. When she reported it the customer service rep said he can exchange it but there's a chance it could happen again and seemed to discourage the return. We decided to get a replacement which took a few weeks. It was delivered on Sunday after the drivers took over 30 min finding the place. Once it was delivered, I noticed the feet were a light brown and didn't match the rest of the set. Customer service said they could send it out the next day but I would need to install it myself. When the part was delivered, I see that it was the same light brown that was the wrong color. I told the drivers that and they said someone would contact me. Eventually I get an email that asked me to upload pics of the wrong part. I tried to upload the pics but it keeps telling me I'm using the wrong order number even tho I clicked the link and the order number is pre populated. At this point, I'd rather deal with the wrong color than try to sort it out. This is the last time we'll be ordering from here.
