  • We have been going to Buon Gusto for 3 years. It was our Italian go-to place for sure. Our last 3 visits have been terrible. New management maybe? Service is so very slow now. The guys that work there look like they could care less about you and their attitudes are poor even with delivery orders. We had one guy say that our order was "gross" because we asked for a sauce substitute on baked manicotti. The food quality has definitely gone down hill as well overall. After being regulars, we were bummed about the downward trend in service and quality and won't be going back again.
