  • I just witnessed a tow truck driver screaming at a customer in the parking lot of Lakewood Marcs (11/1/16 at 345). The customer was obviously from a different country, and the tow truck driver was screaming at him for not understanding the payment method. Absolutely disgusting comments came from his mouth, including "You people think you can come here and get everything for free." I will never use this company and would recommend against utilizing a company that employs such intolerant people.
