  • GO. HERE. NOW. I fancy myself a bit of a sushi aficionado, and I am SO glad we tried Sushi Roku at Caesar's. They have some REALLY rare cuts of fish that I want in my life everyday. We ordered Nigiri (Sake, Tuna, Hamachi, and Trout). The trout was the recommendation of the server and GOOD GOD, best nigiri I've ever had. Imagine Salmon, which is so fresh and buttery and smooth, but MORE buttery and smooth. It was like what salmon WANTS to be. We also tried a few rolls which were incredible, but the nigiri is really where they shined. I can't wait to come back next time in LV! ENJOY!
