| - i went to radio shack lastweek,wow!!!!!!!!!!!!!
the manager, colt introduced me to a device from verizon that would change my
home phone to wireless, cost me very little, and be able to take my home phone
anywhere is the usa i bought it now my problem starts.
i go home and i get a call from verizon wireless ,call verizon home, and port over your number.
have you ever called verizon, thats at least an hour wait,, call them,.i said
you are verizon too,right, no we are different companies,ok
an hour later after an hour wait i am good to go.
now i hook this device up and its not to my satisfaction
radio shack has a 30 day return policy, so i take it back the next day,colt the manager greets me and says how can i help you, i am returning this this device, he says why,i said its not for me
colt goes postal reaches in the register grabs money throws it at me,then tells me he hates his job, i leave in utter disbelief
i go home contact verizon to port my number back, now a new problem,verizon tells me my phone service is in limbo,ok whats that mean ,you will lose all services
i go back to radio shack saturday morning, colts not there and a associate tells me its his day off,ok,i look around the store as he takes a phone for 15minutes,ok, he says to me are you still here, and come back 5pm. i said you said it was colts day off, he says get out of the store otherwise i will call the police, i left without incident
i am at my local coffee shop i have had phone service for 2 weeks
