  • This is a review for Fear Farm's Krampus: A Haunted Christmas that was held on December 8th and 9th. My family and I have been to Fear Farm on several occasions and always enjoy it so we didn't hesitate in getting tickets for the Krampus event. Ordered my group's tickets about a month in advance and arrived at Fear Farm a half an hour after opening. The line was already out the queue area and staff were bringing out rails to extend the line further. Hundreds of people in line and there was only one porta potty for all the attendees. Waited in line for the filthy restroom, then my group got in line for the attraction. We had purchased general admission and expected a bit of a wait, but after forty-five minutes in line we hadn't moved and had countless people cutting in line without staff doing a thing about it. One of our group got out of line to ask about upgrading our tickets since the rate the line was moving we didn't expect to get admitted before the event closed. We were sent from one staff member to another, then back to the front gate to wait in another line to pay to upgrade our tickets. Once upgraded after an hour in the general admission line, we moved to the VIP line and waited another twenty minutes to be admitted to the attraction. We were put in a group with four strangers in front of us that were getting the only interaction with the scare actors, had our picture taken with Krampus, then were put in another line to wait for the hayride. After waiting in line for the hayride for another half an hour with scare actors even asking attendees how long they had been waiting in line to get in, we were finally seated like sardines on the hayride. Depending on which side you were seated you could easily miss parts of the attraction. The short drive led us to yet another line to go through the area that had previously been the Slaughterhouse during Halloween. After a brief walk through the Slaughterhouse with hardly coming in contact with any scare actors (even though we saw plenty while waiting in line), we came to the end of the attraction where people were given either a lump of coal or a candy cane. The entire attraction experience was extremely short and not worth the money even if there hadn't been an excessive wait time. Extremely disappointed in how disorganized this event was and that Fear Farm was refusing refunds and deleting negative customer reviews on Facebook.
