Where do I start. Do yourself a favor and call to set up an appointment with Kenneth Sterling Chapman
In our most recent car shopping adventure this week we probably visited 8 or so dealers and began negotiations with at least half. Most of you know that's a very tiring process. We stumbled upon an ad for a Brand New Car that wasn't much more than some of the used ones we'd been looking at. So we begin the drive over there. Fully expecting to hear some excuse as to why that car wasn't available anymore or be handed the paperwork only to see the price being offered online was drastically different. Our first surprise and indication that we may have found our Dealership was that neither of those were true. Our car was sitting parked right up at the front. Not only that but when we asked to see the sales sheet the price they were offering online was exactly the same number that showed up on the paperwork. It's funny that two very simple things would be so important to us but when you've been running around from Dealer to Dealer in 110 degree weather for a couple days it's very frustrating to see something advertised for $21,789.00 sit down to see the sales sheet and they are now starting the price at $23,678.00 before taxes and dealer fees. I'm in sales and it's a good Salesperson that makes the difference. Half the negative reviews on here are from poor experiences with their sales person. So do yourself a favor and call Kenneth! He was polite, respectful, professional, and a great all around guy that we enjoyed talking too. He really did a stellar job. I'm having a hard time recalling his name off the top of my head but I'll update this when I get it but our Finance guy was AMAZING!! He is a Veteran with the company and said he'd been in that seat for 19 years. He knew his stuff and it showed. He got us a great rate and was super fast.
We really couldn't be happier with our experience with Ford Country. One thing that also appealed to us was learning the history behind the Dealership and coming to learn it was still Family Owned. We're also starting a small business and Kenneth was very supportive of that and began to tell us about Ford Country and it's history. It also seems that the Owner is very involved with the Las Vegas Community. If the opportunity ever arose I'd love to shake his hand and thank him for the experience and all the work he's doing in Las Vegas.
