The word for this experience is mediocre and somewhat embarassing. If you bought the dealfind coupon ($49), go to enjoy the massage. For the "mini face lift" they put me in a small room tucked in with a blanket on a very uncomfortable chaise lounger while I tried to relax to a kitschy positive thinking tape and attached to some "machine" with wires attached to elastic bands around my ankles, wrists and head. Apparently I was supposed to think myself into a face lift. I can't believe they expected me to believe that a small current running through the wires would read any conditions I had or help me feel better. It was like the medicine man days with strange potions. Since I paid $49 I tried to enjoy the relaxation experience if I got beyond the hokey feel of the bands. I did enjoy the hot stone massage...and the masseuse gave me a complimentary reflexology treatment. The girls are really sweet, it's just too bad they work in a place that's so gimmicky. The nutrition part of it felt a bit uncomfortable...not crazy about telling a 20-year-old guy about my bowel movements. I did learn that Himalayan salt is good for you, how much water to drink for my body weight , and was reminded to eat several small meals a day so it wasn't a total washout. How they expect to attract repeat customers is beyond me.
