  • Call ahead and make an appointment, you'll have to wait 30 minutes anyways. Happens every time I come here and I keep coming back just because I actually like the quality of these nails. I tip every time - always. Even if they don't take me for 45 minutes. I look like I'm 12 and I feel like they disregard me so much. I actually came in with my best friend and they took her first and all the other people who walked in knowing I was waiting.. Honestly- trash customer service. Will never recommend again, will never come back.
