Until today I was very happy with the store. I love the variety and you can get almost anything you need. I used to travel far to get there but no longer. Almost a month ago I bought some glue from them and when I opened it the glue was completely dried out. Because I went on a cruise the very next day, and because I live far, I just figured Id bring the glue back for an even exchange when it was time for me to replenish my products for my hair. I told the owner what occurred, and he decided that he will not replace the glue because I didn't call him immediately when I realized the glue was dried out. The mere fact that he was so intent on not replacing a 4.99 bottle of glue with some ridiculous excuse about me not calling right away, even after telling him I went on a trip is unforgivable. I will never do another drop of business there again. You'd have to be a complete fool as a business owner to allow a bottle of 4.99 glue to end business of a customer, such as myself, that spends anywhere from 50.00 minimum upwards of 200.00 every two to three weeks for over a year that I have been coming there. The behavior displayed shows complete greed and disregard for your customers. From now on I will order all of the products I use to get there every 2-3 weeks online, which is much cheaper, more convenient, and Im sure that they will appreciate my business more than this guy does. It really is a shame that such a great business is being run by someone who doesn't make wise business decisions and has such a lack of care for the very people who purchase from their company.
