  • The staff is awfully rude, unprofessional to an extend never experienced before. ***WORST SALESPERSON EVER*** I've been fitness club members for more than 14 years. Lived in Europe Africa and US. First time a fitness club salesperson is NOT doing her job. Pia was an awful person. The club should fire this salesperson. We (my brother, his wife & me) were looking to get memberships. Golds was among the closest ones from our house. I called and talked to a gentleman who misinformed me about the free trial. Well .. No biggie. But they should trained their staff to give the proper information. When we got there Pia, was rude. **PIA is her name*** She didn't apologize or didn't even try to be a bit pleasant to encourage us to try a session. First she asked for IDs. Them confused her English and French when making her inquiry and then blaming us for not understanding. Quote "you are twisting my words"... Wow what a way to talk to a potential future member. I asked to talk to a manager. She lied stating the manager was in a meeting. Later on, the front desk girl finally admitted no manager was on site after business hours. Well the manager should know than her salesperson didn't just loose one but 3 memberships at once. The ***WORST*** part was I insisted to meet the manager but Pia rudely asked me to leave or she would call security on me. Then threatened me several times to call the police on me. I asked her to do so. I've been working w law enforcement and in legal field... So I knew she would embarrass herself and her entire business doing this. She didn't... A lot of barking. As a sale aren't you suppose to get more clients/members instead of barking and scare them away! After talking to the front desk girl and another sales who were a bit more concerned of losing us, we decided to leave. I never posted something bad in Yelp. I can't even criticize the club on its own but having such an terrible & mean salesperson won't help a business to get good rep and more clients. While I was waiting 3 other members were complaining to Pia and told me they were unhappy with her. No surprise ugh. This person doesn't even deserve a star on Yelp but a good rotten tomato to represent the level of her work/service provided. Such a shame.
