  • Highly recommended. My old A/C unit was 22 years old but started failing in August. Darrin came out on a courtesy call and helped me get it fixed up enough to limp through the summer. Darrin and the sales team measured and walked me through my options which was very good comparative to others and they put the cost of parts from my previous repair against the purchase. Darrin and the installation team were professional and got the installation done in the proper time frame and Darrin checked back later in the day to make sure everything was running well. In the winter, I had a minor issue with the settings when I first turned the furnace on. Darrin came over and helped adjust it. I'm very pleased so far with the unit and the customer service. A/C problems can be a major pain and the cost to replace can be a roadblock. American Home Water and Air was extremely accommodating and helped me get my A/C unit updated in a way that fit my budget.
