  • 5 stars isn't enough for this place. We went in for the friends and family night before the grand opening and to say we were impressed is a huge understatement. Friendliest service, a diverse and knowledgable staff, inviting atmosphere with oldies and soul music, and an unbelievable menu. If there is spinach and artichoke dip on the menu, we order it -- and this was the best we've ever had. Hop Cat has enough beer to satisfy any Wisconsinite (voted top 3 pub in the WORLD). Check out Madison's new hot spot -- we will be back. :)
