So.... as a consumer I try to give all business the benefit of the doubt. This is the third time that I received horrendous service at this location. I don't consider myself a "needy shopper". Anytime I have a question it is about product availability, or overall if something has changed location within the store. However when I do ask for help, I receive the most entitled, annoyed, response. At the end of the day, the majority of the staff that works here aren't professional cosmetologist or estheticians. Therefore I'm not asking about their product knowledge. I even at one time asked to speak to the manager about the service I received. Her service and demeanor fell parallel to the employees in the store. Unfortunately, moving forward I will go to a different retailer, although it's much further drive for me, just for better service.
