EDIT: it's now Friday and I have nothing to show for my order and a tracking number that says package cannot be located.
Wow! So many negative May and June reviews - I guess they're a graduation company that can't handle the influx of orders around graduation - who would've thunk! LOL
I do not have my graduation announcements yet and I graduate on Sunday. Thanks Jostens for screwing this up!
I spoke to a representative when I began to get concerned since I had paid for the express shipping and still had not received my order. She said this doesn't rush the processing time which I understand and then she assured me Tuesday at the latest I would get them.
Today is the Wednesday before I graduate. I called again and got an extremely rude customer service person who was essentially yelling at me, cutting me off and wouldn't give me the manager/supervisor even though I asked. He also threw in there with the excuses "It was Memorial Day." Okay... Memorial Day is one US work holiday. Not a whole business week!! He then said he'd give me the express shipping (supposedly next day) that I had paid for back to my card.
They don't care whatsoever about the customer being upset as the response I have gotten is either defensive arguing back or "sorry to hear that, we'll send it soon" TF?! I basically will be throwing these cards away since they have a psycho return policy because I CAN'T GET THESE TO ARRIVE 2 DAYS BEFORE I GRADUATE.
TERRIBLE!! TERRIBLE!! TERRIBLE!! I will make sure to tell all those in the graduating classes behind me to NOT buy through them!! You will be terribly disappointed!
Let's see when I get this order and how they look... ha.
