  • Casino is OK--restaurants staffed by lazy, slow, rude people. The Ditka steak house was terrible, nothing like what we had in Illinois. Fatburger and Panda express staff are extremely slow and lazy, ordered my burger medium and it was a hockey puck, ordered another one rare and that too was almost uneatable and the fries were cold from sitting the 15 minutes it took to cook the burgers the staff didn't care just shrugged shoulders and walked away when we complained, they said manager was off that day, not good excuse
