  • Very poor service from this company. I paid for a full synthetic oil change a couple of months ago and my oil change light turned on under 3000 miles. I have attempted to call the corporate office located on Fort Apache and Russell and after tirelessly leaving five messages for the Customer Service manager Robin within 12 days, she has refused to call me back. I have pleaded with the secretary numerous times about personally asking Robin to call back, but as expected, she is always tied up or on the line. Only reason I gave it a one star was because it required a rating. Tire Works, if you are reading this, I highly recommend you address the poor service from your management team and ensure that you don't charge over charge your customers for poor quality oil.
