  • I had a nail in my tire less than two months after purchasing my C300. Needless to say I was not in high spirits when having to replace my tire already. Zain in service was helping me in place of my original service advisor due to a sick day. They were always professional and helpful. They shuttled me home at no cost and when I returned, Zain had everything taken care of. He turned my whole day around and left me feeling great about Mercedes. I recommend Mercedes service and Zain to everyone.
