  • This was a very solid show with a nice variety of music. All of the singers can definitely SING and that piano player is amazing. I had a few small gripes with the show. One of them was that I was hoping they would do more cabaret twists on modern music (a la Post Modern Jukebox), but it was mostly more on the classic music side. If you like your music on the older side I think you will not be disappointed. If you look up articles about the show you can get an idea of their setlist. Another gripe was that there was a bit where one of the ladies sang "Diamonds are Forever" and her back was turned to part of the audience the whole time because she was facing the front of the stage. I had seats near the front, so I could just turn around and see her just fine, but still.. it was weird for a whole song. I recommended just making it part of a song. I have a love/hate relationship with this venue. On one hand it's definitely cool to check out and you get up close and personal to the acts, but on the other hand there are a lot of weird seats with a mediocre view. I feel like the singers did the best with what they got.
