  • The front desk gentleman literally did not look at me. I handed him my credit card and license he checked me in and handed it back. It took everything out of him to say "elevator on the left". Soooo rude. Ordered dip and it took 45 min. Went there for breakfast the girl at the front desk was horrible. Waited for staff to come out for breakfast and left due to everything from the beginning of my stay. Go to Akron stow location. That's where I always stay but they were sold out. Kudos to them for always selling out. Maybe this place should call and ask what they're doing. They can start by saying hi and valuing their customers
