  • DO YOURSELF THE FAVOR OF NOT PICKING THIS PLACE FOR YOUR NEXT HOME!!!! SERIOUSLY, DON'T THINK TWICE ABOUT IT! Not only once, but TWICE, management (Living Well Homes, the new/current management) lost our cashier's check for our rent, good thing we keep receipts of everything or I would've been screwed paying rent twice in one month on multiple occasions from these jokers! Maintenance is a joke here! Put in 5, count them, FIVE! requests to get the same thing fixed & maintenance never came once in the entire year that I lived at this place! The worst part, I'm not exaggerating about any of this! If you're easy going enough, don't mind bugs, don't mind getting screwed out of your money & don't mind cheaply "updated" apartments, then this place might be for you! But if you're a person on the go with goals in life & are too busy to deal with complications like the ones described above, please look elsewhere. I don't want to see anyone going through the same crap I've experienced with this place. "LIVING WELL HOMES", MORE LIKE "LIVING IN A HELL HOLE"! COMPLETELY unprofessional & NOT worth what you pay. DO NOT LIVE HERE!
