  • HAD to stop by, since we were in the neighborhood and saw the pictures of Kem CoBa even before we made it to Montreal. The wait in the line that snaked on to the sidewalk was well worth it, even on a really hot day. I sampled the masala chai and was sold on it. Thanks to the well balanced creaminess with the spices, I would have thought this was the best scoop of icecream ever, if I didn't get to get a bite of the salted butter! It's the salt and sweet! Perfectly balanced, with a good flavor of butter. Overheard that this is the third best icecream shop in Quebec. Probably true and definitely well worth the hype. Stop by if you are in town even on a short trip!
