| - Here's the run down
Pros: heart rate monitors keep you accountable ,helps push your limits , it's an Intense workout with variety! Rower, treadmill , chest press , shoulder press triceps with straps / weights ,burpees and body squats #boom
Ends with a personalized Summary of your workout : i.e. cal burn , BPM and how much time you spent in each heart rate zone with targeted goals based on gender.
Cons
No childcare ( that's a pro if ur kidfree or anti kid lol )
Pricey! $89 per month for 8 classes !!! $59 for 4 classes and $130 ish maybe more for unlimited! Noooow if this is all you're doing it works BUT it's small and I need a change of scenery ,soon Id be dreaming in Orange and I don't want to spend all of my gym time in that one space! ( that's just me tho) so $89 bucks a month to have variety is pricey lol but I enjoyed it im sore and it will get the job done.
I didn't like paying $55 bucks for the heart rate monitor it was causally thrown at me upon arrival after speaking to 3 different staff members over the phone and this was never mentioned ,NOT the issue of the money ,but I wasn't expecting it and this cheer fit super mom of two counts ALL her pennies.
You must Pre schedule your classes and while I completely understand why it's required I loathe this, stuff comes up last minute for me ALL THE TIME. 98% of the time it's a babysitting issue and I don't get to the gym even when I'm dressed and ready ,so I don't like the fee if classes aren't cancelled 12 hours ahead of time.
Overall I joined I'll try it, month to month so I'll take it as I go. It's new and the trainer was very through and accommodated all fitness levels.
