  • Wow, if there ever was a class on integrity it would be taught by these gentleman. Like most horror stories that start with "I went to another shop" so does mine. I use to go to S&S when I lived in the area but since I moved I went to a local shop. They quoted me a long list of parts that "I needed" just to get an alignement. I chose to get the parts on my own to save money, but I wasn't digging their vibe so I went to S&S instead with the parts in trunk to get the work done. I asked them to put it up just to check and 45 minutes later it was down with the alignment done! I was blown away. With the parts IN THE TRUNK they said it wasn't necessary. To choose integrity over money they gained a customer for life... they just have to wait 45 minutes until I get there!
